Breakfast & Dinner

Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar – Transfer to Sonmarg

  • Arrival at Srinagar Airport: Upon arrival, meet our tour escort who will assist with your transfer to Sonmarg (approximately 2-3 hours)

  • Sonmarg: Known as the “Meadow of Gold,” this picturesque town is nestled in the Himalayas and is surrounded by snow-capped peaks and lush meadows.

  • Check-in: Arrive at your hotel in Sonmarg and freshen up

  • Helicopter Formalities: Complete check-in formalities for the helicopter ride to Amarnath.

  • Evening: Leisure time to explore Sonmarg’s serene surroundings or simply relax

  • Dinner and overnight stay: Sonmarg Hotel.

Day 2: Amarnath Yatra (Sonmarg – Neelgrath – Panchtarni)

  • Early Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel.

  • Drive 5 km to the Neelgrath Helipad

  • Helicopter Ride: Fly from Neelgrath to Panchtarni, the base camp for the holy Amarnath Cave Shrine (subject to weather conditions)

  • Panchtarni to Amarnath Cave: A 6 km trek from Panchtarni to the cave. Pilgrims can choose to trek or hire a pony or palki (at their own cost).

  • Amarnath Cave Shrine: The revered site of the naturally formed ice Shiva Lingam. Spend time for darshan and prayers.

  • After darshan, return to Panchtarni and board the helicopter back to Neelgrath.

  • Transfer back to Sonmarg by road.

  • Dinner and overnight stay: Sonmarg Hotel

Day 3: Sonmarg to Srinagar (Visit Kheer Bhavani Temple)

  • Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, check out, and proceed to Srinagar.

  • Kheer Bhavani Temple: Located in Tullamula, this temple is dedicated to Goddess Ragnya Devi. The sacred spring at the temple is believed to change colors, symbolizing the goddess’s moods.

  • Arrival in Srinagar: Check in to your hotel and relax

  • Evening: Leisure time to explore Srinagar on your own

  • Dinner and overnight stay: Srinagar Hotel

Day 4: Srinagar Local Sightseeing

  • Morning: After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour of Srinagar’s iconic attractions

  • Shankaracharya Temple: Situated atop Shankaracharya Hill, this ancient temple offers breathtaking views of Srinagar and Dal Lake

  • Mughal Gardens

  • Shalimar Bagh: Known as the “Abode of Love,” this garden was built by Emperor Jahangir for his wife, Noor Jahan

  • Pari Mahal: A historic garden and former residence that overlooks Dal Lake

  • Dal Lake: Enjoy a serene Shikara ride on the famous lake, taking in its beauty and vibrant floating markets

  • Evening: Free to relax or explore Srinagar’s local markets

  • Dinner and overnight stay: Srinagar Hotel

Day 5: Srinagar to Katra

  • Morning: After breakfast, check out and transfer to Katra.

  • Travel by train or flight to Jammu (based on your preference).

  • Drive from Jammu to Katra (approx. 1.5 hours)

  • Arrival in Katra: Check in to your hotel and relax.

  • Evening: Visit local temples in Katra, such as Raghunath Temple: Dedicated to Lord Rama, this temple is a significant spiritual site.

  • Dinner and overnight stay: Katra Hotel

Day 6: Vaishnodevi Yatra (Helicopter Ride)

  • Morning: Have breakfast and proceed to the Katra Helipad.

  • Helicopter Ride: Fly to Sanjichhat Helipad (at their own cost).

  • From Sanjichhat, trek (or use a pony/palki (at their own cost)) to Vaishnodevi Temple (approx. 2.5 km)

  • Vaishnodevi Temple: Seek the blessings of Mata Vaishno Devi at this sacred shrine, one of the holiest Hindu pilgrimage sites.

  • After darshan, return to Sanjichhat and board the helicopter back to Katra.

  • Evening: Relax at your hotel or explore the local market

  • Dinner and overnight stay: Katra Hotel

Day 7: Departure from Jammu (Visit Balaji Temple)

  • Morning: After breakfast, check out from the hotel

  • En route to Jammu Airport, visit

  • Balaji Temple: Dedicated to Lord Venkateswara, this temple is a spiritual highlight of Jammu.

  • Optional: If time permits, visit Shiv Khori Cave Temple, a sacred site dedicated to Lord Shiva, known for its natural Shivling.

  • Transfer to Jammu Airport for your onward journey.
