Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar – Transfer to Sonmarg

  • Morning: Arrival at Srinagar Airport

  • Our tour representative will receive you at the airport and assist with your transfer to Sonmarg, a beautiful hill station known as the “Meadow of Gold” (approx. 2-3 hours drive).

  • Check-in at Hotel in Sonmarg

  • After freshening up, complete the formalities for the helicopter journey to Amarnath

  • Evening Leisure: Explore Sonmarg’s natural beauty, with the Sindh River running through the valley, and enjoy the serene surroundings.

  • Dinner and Overnight Stay: Sonmarg Hotel

Day 2: Amarnath Yatra (Sonmarg – Neelgrath – Panchtarni – Amarnath Cave)

  • Early Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel and drive 5 km to Neelgrath Helipad

  • Helicopter Ride: Board the helicopter to Panchtarni, the base camp for the holy Amarnath Cave (weather permitting)

  • Panchtarni to Amarnath Cave: From Panchtarni, it’s a 6 km trek to the cave. Pilgrims can trek, or hire a pony or palki (at their own cost).

  • Amarnath Cave Shrine: Witness the sacred ice Shivling, symbolizing Lord Shiva, and seek blessings. The atmosphere is filled with spiritual energy and chants of “Om Namah Shivaya.”

  • Return Journey: After darshan, return to Panchtarni, take the helicopter back to Neelgrath, and drive back to Sonmarg.

  • Dinner and Overnight Stay: Sonmarg Hotel

Day 3: Sonmarg to Srinagar (Enroute Visit Kheer Bhavani Temple)

  • Morning: After breakfast, check out and proceed to Srinagar

  • Enroute Visit: Kheer Bhavani Temple: Dedicated to Goddess Ragnya Devi, this temple is surrounded by a sacred spring. The water in the spring is believed to change colors, reflecting the goddess’s mood. It is an important spiritual stop for pilgrims

  • Arrival in Srinagar: Check into your hotel and spend the evening at leisure, exploring the local area or relaxing

  • Dinner and Overnight Stay: Srinagar Hotel.

Day 4: Full Day Srinagar Sightseeing

  • Morning: After breakfast, start your Srinagar sightseeing tour

  • Shankaracharya Temple: Located atop Shankaracharya Hill, this ancient Shiva temple offers panoramic views of Srinagar and Dal Lake

  • Mughal Gardens

  • Shalimar Bagh: A beautifully landscaped garden built by Emperor Jahangir for his wife Noor Jahan

  • Pari Mahal: A historic garden with stunning architecture and views of Dal Lake

  • Enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on the famous Dal Lake, taking in the floating markets and houseboats

  • Evening: Return to the hotel for dinner

  • Overnight Stay: Srinagar Hotel

Day 5: Departure from Srinagar

  • Morning: After breakfast, check out from the hotel

  • Transfer to Srinagar Airport

  • Our team will assist you with the transfer to the airport for your onward journey

  • End the Yatra with Lord Shiva’s blessings
